At Gazebo Garden, we keep a
large inventory of products for the best availability. Unlike many of our competitors,
Gazebo Garden stocks the products for immediate delivery. When the
item is on the ground at our warehouse, that means that your new purchase
will be shipped within a couple of days. Better on-hand inventory
means better customer service for you!

Our quality products are shipped direct using ensured transportation
companies such as Yellow Freight, Viking Freight, UPS and Federal
Express.

If you have purchased a garden building or
gazebo, the freight handling company will notify you before
they attempt delivery. At the time of delivery, you will need
to be present to receive the unit. Often times the freight
company does not use a lift gate, so the package will need
to be hand unloaded from the back of the truck. |

Surcharges for geographic location, special
delivery requests or additional weight may apply. If there
are additional surcharges the customer will be notified. |
There are circumstances
under which extra charges may apply. Please let us know about any
special circumstances that might exist with your delivery so that
we can review all the details concerning your delivery and avoid
any unanticipated charges.
The following conditions may require extra charges:
Residential Off-Loading - our products are delivered
by tractor-trailer and are securely packaged on skids ready for
easy off-loading with a pallet jack or lift truck where proper loading
dock facilities are available. Where such facilities are not available,
the shipment can be unpackaged in the tractor-trailer and be unloaded
piece by piece. Although the tractor-trailer operator may assist
you, he is under no obligation to do so (and may be restricted from
doing so by insurance regulations). Please ensure that you have
sufficient manpower on hand on the day of delivery. If you like,
we can arrange to have your shipment unloaded for you for an additional
charge.
Restricted Access - where a delivery location is not
accessible by tractor-trailer due to obstacles, legal restrictions
or poor roads, your shipment may need to be transferred to a smaller
vehicle for delivery. A additional cartage fee will apply.
Saturday Delivery - normally, you can expect delivery
between 8:00AM and 6:00 PM local time Monday through Friday. The
freight company will contact you at the phone number that you entered
on your order to arrange a time to deliver your item before they
attempt delivery. If required, it may be possible to arrange Saturday
delivery; however an additional fee will apply.
Remote Locations - where the delivery location is far
from freight distribution centers (as may be the case for some rural
locations) additional charges may apply.
Excessive Wait Time - freight companies budget an hour
for off-loading our products. Should unloading time exceed one hour
you may be charged $75/hour for any additional time required.
Freight Damage -
Due to the delicate nature of some of our wood products, freight
damage is an issue that we are constantly trying to address and
avoid. If you receive your products from Gazebo Garden in packaging
that appears to be damaged, please investigate the product further
before fully opening or assembling. If the item is still in the
original packaging then we can easily process a freight claim.
In the case of a freight claim, we will have the product picked
up from your address in the product's original packaging and have
a replacement shipped to you as soon as possible at no cost to you,
our customer.
